Your Wedding Night Pod Included
You’ll spend your first night as a married couple in the ultra-cool Wedding Night Pod on the grounds of The Tawny Hotel. Take a short stroll, hand in hand, along a romantic woodland path to reach your incredible pod, which is included in the Venue Hire & Event Management Services price.
Step inside to discover its calm natural interior and be soothed by its warm, cosy, lighting and comfortable furnishings. You’ll find a super king-size bed and a luxurious ensuite inside your wedding night accommodation.
Woodland Pods
Exclusively available for your wedding guests only; these cool and quirky Woodland Pods, managed by the fantastic team at The Tawny Hotel, make the perfect onsite guest accommodation for your wedding night.
There are 20 Woodland Pods at The Tawny Hotel, most of which are designed to sleep two; with a couple of Family Pods for wedding guests bringing young children.
The Woodland Pods can only be booked online using a special Promotion Code issued to guests by the happy couple.
The Woodland Pods are limited to a one night stay, on the night of the wedding you are attending.
Breakfast is included for Woodland Pod Guests and will be served upstairs in The Plumicorn.
Guaranteed Availability
If you make your booking more than 4 months prior to your event date, we guarantee that the Woodland Pods will be available for use by your chosen wedding guests on the night of your wedding.
You'll be issued with a Promotion Code, which is required to complete an online accommodation booking. We will never divulge your Promotion Code, giving you the flexibility to prioritise family and key wedding party members.
If you've booked Foxtail Barns at least 4 months prior to your event date, the Woodland Pods will only be available to your wedding guests on the night of your wedding only.
Extra Accommodation
Foxtail Barns Wedding Venue enjoys an exclusive area of the 70-acre estate now home to The Tawny Hotel.
As well as offering their quirky Woodland Pods, The Tawny is now taking bookings for their incredible Shepherds Huts, Treehouses, Lookouts, Boathouses and Retreats, set amongst stunning surroundings, and just a stone’s throw from Foxtail Barns.
