What Does Exclusive Use Mean?
Foxtail Barns is an exclusive use wedding venue; but what does 'exclusive-use' actually mean?
It means that from 11am on your wedding day, right through until midnight the only people at Foxtail Barns are there by your personal invitation or working hard to ensure your wedding day dreams come true.
The Wedding Venue, encompassing; The Dressing Room, The Potting Shed Bar and Main Entrance Soft-Seating Area, The Orangery, The Walled Garden and the epic Party Barn are exclusively yours from 11am until Midnight.
Make It Your Own
Foxtail Barns has loads of character and charm; its eclectically stylish interiors make the perfect backdrop to your unique wedding but there's plenty of opportunity to add some personal touches and really make it your own.
Because you've got exclusive use of the wedding venue, you can decorate and add to it. At your personal viewing of the venue we'll touch on what works well and where the best spots are for adding some of your own flair, your personal touches or a couple of 'wow' statement pieces.

Your chosen wedding suppliers are welcome from 10am on your wedding day and your personal Event Manager will be on hand to greet them and show them where to setup.
Guaranteed Wedding Accommodation
Your exclusive use extends to the wedding accommodation.
There are 20 Woodland Pods exclusively available for your wedding guests only; cool and quirky, they make the perfect onsite guest accommodation.
The Woodland Pods can only be booked online using a special Promotion Code that you issue to your guests.
The Woodland Pods are limited to a one night stay, on the night of your wedding. If the Woodland Pods are not booked by your wedding guests; they would remain empty on the night of your wedding.
In line with our exclusive use promise, we do not allow the Woodland Pods to be booked by anyone not attending your wedding.
The Best Atmosphere
For a wedding guest, there's always a touch of trepidation, when you arrive at a venue you've never been to before, to attend a wedding where you're never quite sure how many of the other guests you'll know...
This is all so much less stressful, when it's an exclusive use wedding venue. Everyone is so much more relaxed because they all know that they have a shared connection, you!
All your guests can start to mingle as soon as they arrive, knowing that everyone they greet is there to celebrate your marriage and have a fabulous time!
Your Dedicated Event Manager
Throughout your wedding planning, you'll have access to the whole team of experienced Event Managers; on hand 7 days a week, to answer your queries, offer advice, provide personal recommendations and much much more.
About three months before your wedding day, you'll find out which of the team will be your Event Manager.
